Northbrook Heights is a community based Assisted Living Facility , providing room, meals, housekeeping, personal care, and 24-hour supervision in a warm, friendly, and quality living environment. Licensed by the New York State Department of Health, Northbrook Heights Adult Care and Assisted Living which allows elders to “age in place” without having to relocate to a different setting when their needs increase.

The Assisted Living Program (ALP) was established for the purpose of providing long or short term residential care, room, board, supervision, and providing or arranging for home health services.
