North brook Heights is a community based adult home, providing room, meals, housekeeping, personal care, and 24-hour supervision in a warm, friendly, and quality living environment. Licensed by the New York State Department of Social Services, North brook Heights is associated with Assisted Living Program. The Assisted Living Program (ALP) is a 56 bed facility which is licensed by the N.Y.S. Department of Social Services and the N.Y.S. Department of Health. The ALP is an entity established and operated for the purpose of providing long or short term residential care, room, board, supervision, and providing or arranging for home health services.We provide the Perfect Balance of Security and Service, Privacy and Companionship.
